Company history

Our success story begins back in 1956 when “PERKOVIĆ lathing company” was founded in Rijeka. 

The company was founded by Mr. Frane Perković, a man with extensive experience and knowledge in lathing. His company was the first of its kind in the region and it made parts for machining, shipbuilding, process and similar industries.   

Since the founding of the company kept up with technological advancements and modernization as well as with new machinery and support equipment as well as training of its workers. 

In the early 1980-ies Mr. Milan Perković built a new manufacturing plant in Matulji named „JLM PERKOVIĆ“ where he brings new infrastructure and modern machinery as well as develops some new solutions for the new marine transmission manufacturing line.

Constant product development resulted in new patents and solutions in the “Valve control hydraulic actuator” program. New development project in 2010 resulted in a product named “LEAF SPRING TORSION SNUBBER” patent of which was recognised by the State Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Croatia”.

Master Craftsman in 1955 and in 1956 Mr. Franjo Perković, based on his diploma, starts one of the first craft trades in the region that makes gears and other machine parts
